I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communications from California State University, San Bernardino and my Master’s degree in Educational Counseling from the University of Redlands.
I enjoy being a mentor/counselor and a valuable resource for a diverse population of students. One of MY best attributes in being a counselor is the ability to relate to students and understand the different barriers that they may be facing when trying to juggle employment, education, family and many other student responsibilities.
I truly believe in lifelong learning, student advocacy, student engagement and academic excellence. I continually try to find innovative ideas to keep students engaged and to help guide them through their academic, career and personal goals. MY goal is to help each student align their passions, strengths and abilities with an educational or career goal that will lead them to ultimate success and happiness.
