At Central New Mexico Community College, Molly manages sustainability projects in the areas of energy, water, transportation, waste and recycling. In her sustainability role, she also coordinates Campus as a Living Lab, manages educational outreach programs, and is instrumental in generating sustainability policies and procedures for the college. Her primary goal is to show how people, economy, and environment are interconnected. In order to support people in an equitable way, she believes that we must first recognize these intersections.
