Since 2003, I have been working at The University of Gaza here in Palestine as a professor of Electrical Engineering and most recently as the Associate Dean of Research and Development.
I earned BS, MS and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and after graduating was progressively promoted within various academic and professional institutions both in the United States and Palestine. I am a registered Professional Engineer, an active Senior Member of IEEE, a former ABET evaluator and a US citizen.
I possess 20 years of strong academic, teaching and research experience, a win-win mindset and a community-oriented attitude.
