Professor Schartz does not have very productive lectures, but she does care for her students and is a very personal person. She is a CPA, so she knows hot to do the daily tasks of an accountant, but she doesn't always do the best at replaying the info of the class to the students. There was a lot of tests and she doesn't cover all the material that's on the tests.
