Awful
I usually don't mind professors with accents. The entire CompSci dept. fits that description at TAMUCC, however, Prof. Huang's accent is different. I was actually lucky if I were able to catch half of what was said during a lecture. Be prepared to read any textbooks associated with her classes. I have more to say but I'm out of characters.
Average
While she did have a very heavy accent, she wasn't very difficult person to understand. Everything that she said came from blackboard, so it made things easier. She does have a separate grader on assignments, but this person leaves terrible feedback, often not letting students know what they did wrong. She expects you to download the program used, and you need to make friends in the class.
