Doctor Pozzi is by far the best professor I've ever had. She provides numerous resources for your success. The study notes are golden and she uses a One-health perspective to teach the material. The best advice that I could give is to attend her class and review the material before her lectures. If you want to become a better student, take her class.

Dr. Pozzi wants her students to succeed. You definitely should go to her office hours. When you visit her get to know her, because she loves helping her students both with course work and also just to become better people/students. I would recommend reading her study notes before each lecture, because she speaks really fast - so being familiar with what is coming your way is crucial. She is the most invested teacher.

Dr. Pozzi class really prepared me for MCAT, I loved her. The first exam didn't go well for me, because I didn't realize how much you have to study to do well. But he replaces the finals with your lowest exam grade, so I was able to insure an A. I strongly recommend to print all lecture slides and fill in the gaps.

Poor

Prof. Pozzi is good, but her exams are incredibly complicated. This is actually the first time I got an A in college. She gives you the resources you need. It's just that her testing style was very tough. She also has quite an attitude in her office hours which I actually tried to attend to even though she always had unnecessary remarks.

Doctor Pozzi is a tough teacher, However, she's awesome. I took her for the BICH 410 and 411. She is a great teacher who really wants you to learn. She's clear in what you need to know. Also, her exams are decent if you're studying, and she always gives extra credit about 35 points. I suggest you go to her office, understand her slides, and you'll be fine.

Professor Pozzi makes you work for your grade. Biochemistry is a hard class, so put effort into this. She talks super fast during lectures. She throws EC here and there. She doesn't accept late work too. Her exams are MC but you have to understand the materials really well. Also, make sure you interpret questions carefully. Hands down the best professor ever.

Professor Pozzi is caring. She heavily focuses on self-improvement. Attend all the lectures and make sure you understand the material. Don't memorize it, it will get you on the final. Her exams were difficult. So, make sure you have a good understanding of the material. She's not a walk in the park, but she will work with you to improve your own grades. Overall, I love her as a professor and a person.

Doctor Pozzi is one of the most inspiring and motivating instructors I've met in my entire student career. She's passionate, caring, very intelligent, and sincerely wants you to do good in her class. She is there if you need her. This is one of the most difficult and impactful courses I've taken. I recommend her class.

Doctor Pozzi really makes you think during her exams. I really learned a lot from her. She prepared me well for the MCAT. She is amazing during office hours and truly cares about her students. With the transition to online this semester, she's been one of the most communicative teachers. Overall, I can't say enough good things about her. I suggest you take her class.
