Director of Organizatonal Development
Acted in an Executive Senior Leadership role creating an Organizational Development department designed to develop and execute the strategic plan, recognize marketplace trends and design initiatives to respond, created systems and methodologies for linking agency critical success factors to organizational outcomes, integrated compliance and quality assurance throughout the agency while maintaining licensures and CARF accreditation, provided oversight of the Admissions and Front Desk, ensuring timely access to services. Managed large scale projects that were at the core of agency sustainability and viability in relation to the managed care concepts of integrated and coordinated care. Developed a system of organization wide performance indicators that led to proactive, data driven decision making.
Organizational Development and Leadership Consultant
Organizational Success Partners has developed from a strategic partner alliance. Formerly, M. Gill Consulting, OSP is now a joint partnership between myself and Senior Consultant and Co-Owner Sue Krause. OSP, Inc. provides consultation to organizations to assist in the management of change, implementation of large scale initiatives, and development of strategic plans. Strong background in health care, human services, performance improvement and change management.
OSP is skilled in identifying important predicators of success and building that methodology into the workplace where it can drive decision making and create an environment of success and sustainability This has proven very effective in the non for profit sector where organizations often lack the forward thinking tools necessary to remain viable in challenging times.
Leveraging the for profit experience and education OSP translates that across organizational lines with the ability to perform in for profit and non for profit settings. My MBA with a concentration in Leadership as well as my role as a University Adjunct Professor provides a unique combination of business skills. Along with an operational and instructional background that allows me to recognize organizational issues and find effective solutions by developing better processes, procedures, and systems that will create the foundations for efficiencies of scale.
These efficiencies return agency investments into long term revenue gain, empowered and engaged employees, and sustainability in a competitive market.
Chief Operations Officer
Direct and oversee the operations of this diverse for profit organization. Provided financial oversight, developed an agency wide cost benefit analysis initiative that led to increased profit margins, created processes and systems that led to increased efficiencies and higher returns on investments, inspired our team to strategize and innovate new ways to keep our services competitive and fresh.
