Prof Harvath is a great teacher. The class was based on lectures and slides from the textbook. There was nine easy quizzes, the worst two grades get dropped. There was also three tests. The final is basically the third unit test. He will go over the previous semester's test the class before the upcoming test. The previous test is very similar to the upcoming one. Homework gives a little extra credit but it adds up.

Prof. Michael is amazing! I always have fun in his classes! Homework are only for extra credit, so it really helps your grade. We had weekly quiz but as long as you do the reading and pay attention to lectures, you'll be good! Also, he goes over the last semester's unit exams which is pretty similar to the actual exam. An A is an 87.5%!

Professor Harvath is by far one of my favorite professors at Bakersfield College. Although he teaches a boring subject, he makes the lessons fun and entertaining. Also, he provides opportunities for additional credit throughout the semester.
