Awesome
Take the class of Professor Nowak if you're a Computer Science major for 121. I just finished 221 and can't begin to tell you how well prepared I was. His 121 class was great. In addition to that, all those laboratory assignments on dynamic memory or structures really reinforced the stuff I needed in 221. Be sure to save his slides since they make great references in the future.
Awful
Professor Nowak doesn't know how to teach. He goofs off during his reviews, which I found quite disrespectful. He doesn't value anyones education. Such rudeness and disrespect is ruling in the class. He's not a good professor.
Awful
PLEASE do not take him! This year has been stressful, and he is not helping. Do not register for this class if you want to save your grade.
Awesome
Since the 121 assignments and tests were recently standardized, the difficulty level between professors is minimal. Prof Nowak is an excellent teacher though, very down to earth and really cares about the students understanding. I would highly recommend him.
