This was his first time teaching. He made the topic interesting. He cares about students. Dr. Law is a good teacher. I was in his first class. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend this class if you need a referral.

Be prepared to really work if you are gonna take his "Cells and Molecules" course. There are (very difficult) quizzes every Friday. The quizzes are helpful for preparing for exams. I think he's not very approachable.. don't take him unless you're ok with a B or C

I took Professor Law for the Cancer course. All I can say is that it was really good. Unfortunately, he got worse on Genetics. I don't know if he thinks we don't need time to move on to complex material because it's not a G course, but simply because it's top-level doesn't mean he should relax in teaching or giving lectures. Also, he acts as if you already know everything and he speeds through all the lectures.

Good
He's truly one of the top teachers I've had. He honestly cares about the subject he's teaching and is knowledgeable. He moves at a rapid pace, so get ready to do some learning on your own. However, he's friendly and easy to contact by email. Generally, he cares a bunch and wants to see all his students do well.
