1981-1984: Assistant Controller, responsible for overseas subsidiaries accounting and reporting and regulatory compliance.
1984-1987: Assistant Vice President/Vice President, responsible for U.S. domestic accounting & reporting, Federal Reserve and FDIC compliance.
1987-1989: Vice President, responsible for accounting policy related to credit products and asset securitization and for the corporate-wide implementation of the Basel I capital adequacy guidelines.
1989-1992: Vice President and Group Head, responsible for corporate-wide regulatory reporting and for financial and regulatory accounting policy.
1988-1992: BT representative on NYCHA regulatory sub-committee; two years as chairman.
