Prof. Sant'Ambrogio is a wonderful person. During his office hours, he's very open and he does a decent job of describing stuff. His lectures, on the other hand, can be a little difficult to understand. Attend class and try to absorb as much information as possible; then, during his office hours, fill in the gaps.
