Awful
Professor Palley was both terrible and horrible. His lectures were boring and didn't relate to the exam. And the exams are long and consist of multiple choice and written response. The final is a killer. The lectures drag on and he often goes on tangents and tells stories that don't apply to the course. I do no recommend him. Don't take him! He is a GPA killer.

Professor Palley only gives lectures orally. He hardly provides any class materials to study from. Oral lectures is not an issue. However, he speaks to quickly and the lectures in general were convoluted. Also, many of his lecture topics cannot be found anywhere in the assigned textbook and his exams were mainly based on them. I suggest you take someone else.
