I have 20 years of experience teaching in higher education, both public and private settings. My research agenda is centered in political rhetoric, especially considering immigration, citizenship and American identity.
I was a collegiate competitive public speaker, and coached teams for 8 years. I am seeking a tenure-track position in a Communication Studies department with a graduate program in rhetoric.
