If you participate and respect his class rules, Doctor Carlton is a fun professor. He has his own unique way of teaching that can be of great benefit for people who are struggling with math. That being said, be always ready to work. On the other hand, he's not very reachable by email, so make sure you ask your questions in class.

Awful

Prof. Carlton makes people cry often. He gives extra credit opportunities, but you'll have to work really hard. He's very strict on grading as well. You get deducted even with just simple mistakes. He's very unapproachable as well. Wouldn't recommend esp if you suck at math.
