Dr. Mary Olle is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics. She received her teaching certification from Stephen F. Austin State University as well as her Master of Science degree. Dr. Olle earned her Ph.D. in Family and Consumer Sciences Education at Texas Tech University. She currently teaches in the Hospitality Administration program area in the School of Human Sciences at SFASU.
