I have many years of experience working with people experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, military trauma, moral injury, and serious illness. My approach is a combination of evidence based methods that include spirituality, creative expression (drawing, clay, etc.), and mindfulness practices specifically structured for each unique client.
