Awesome

Prof. Hicks is a great guy!! He tries his best to keep everyone involved. He organizes multiple SI sessions which are pretty helpful. He's always there for you as well. It's a really tough class, but it's totally worth it! So far, he's the best teacher I've ever had at MU. I would really recommend this course and you will definitely learn a lot.

Hicks is talented and experienced, however don't take this class if the idea of memorizing a bunch of drawings sounds like an inefficient, horrendous, and a time-consuming way to learn genetics. You should also be very careful not to upset him. Unless you're sure you're up to a real challenge, I recommend maybe just taking a lower level genetics class instead.
