As the Dean and VP for Academic Affairs at Beulah Heights University, I manage people, processes, and product. We are always endeavoring to hire passionate instructors who combine the highest academic credentials with real life experience. I work with students to successfully navigate the process of higher education in pursuit of their goals and dreams, and I ensure that the produce (the degrees earned by our students) is second to none. It is an ongoing and iterative endeavor to which I am committed.
