I created CRIAA to work on issues related to law but that were not typical law clientele. I worked with international
federal
provincial and Indigenous governments to create and inform conversations on culture and law. Election review
self-government negotiations
environmental traditional teachings
cultural laws and land disputes are all issues that this business filtered
explained and assessed for numerous stakeholders. It was interdisciplinary and cross-cultural.

Designed and delivered an executive model
Resource Management Program through the College of Agriculture to Indigenous students who were land managers for their Nations and who came from across Canada. The course was designed in consultation with land managers
leadership
educators and government. The curriculum was a blend of law
economics and environmental materials and the professors were economists
environmentalists
lawyers and traditional knowledge keepers. the modules were delivered over the course of a year
in class
on the land and in virtual study sessions.
