  Instructional Development Designer II and TExES test Coordinator for the College of Education at the University of Texas-Pan American. In this capacity, I developed the Certification Preparation Lab and manage the daily operations and supervision of the staff within the lab and have direct contact with over 2,000 students in my previous occupation.
  
  I am an exceptional leader in the area of building national early childhood development and public school education programs. During my tenure at South Texas College, I successfully directed to national recognition the Education/Early Childhood Department, which included nearly twenty full-time and adjunct instructors and several federal & state grants at the different South Texas College Campuses.
