Awful
Professor Magnani was horrible. She treats us like we're already experts in geology. Her lecture is very rushed. She doesn't go over the materials enough. The only good thing about this class is that you can get a maximum of three extra credit points. Your presence is optional too. It's embarrassing to have a school professor in such a school that's paid through my financial aid.
Poor
Professor Magnani speaks very fast. So, it's very impossible to keep up in class. Her tests cover five chapters each, which means you'll have a ton of reading to do. Those were purely by memorization. Unfortunately, there's only one who got an A on the exam out of more than sixty students. Also, her laboratory classes were time-consuming and boring. Overall, her class is too hard for an introduction one. I suggest you take another professor.
Good
Professor Magnani is a wise choice for Geology class. She knows her subject matter and knows how to teach it with great passion. However, her pacing is very fast. Her class consists of three out of four exams and extra credit quizzes. The exams are a bit tricky, so you must be prepared.
