Direct oversight responsibilities for network management/contracts unit and provider relations, information technology and data unit, quality assurance unit, state residential facilities and day treatment services, communications, federal grants, training, accreditation, and Division Director's office functioning. Specific responsibilities include budget and policy development and analysis, strategic planning, development and management of internal and external communications, constituent relations, staffing on ongoing key leadership meetings, interdepartmental relations, and program and grant development. Standing member of the Division's and Children's Department's senior leadership team.
