If you suffer from social anxiety, this is not the class for you. The material is good. The lectures are good, but keep in mind that she is a tough grader and she is very strict.

Only 150 points had been assigned even though it was already 3/4 of the way through the semester. She's a tough grader so every point matters in this class. Lectures are really long and rambling affairs. It actually covers way too much material. Book is quite wordy and hard to understand. Class was very disorganized. It was a great subject but an awful course.

Prof. Madeline is the worst prof I've ever taken and come into contact with. She'll talk about the most random things in "society" and give you the dumbest quizzes/tests about it. I was actually lost in class because it was all senseless talk. She's only always talking about her own culture. Do not take this class!!
