Hickman loves her students, she is very understanding and really helpful. She will work with you if you come across a personal issue, and she will assist every single one of her students to make sure they excel. Even though she can be very busy, if you communicate with her, she will make time to help you receive the best possible grade.

I took not just one, but eight classes under Professor Hickman. She's a great teacher with a clear syllabus. She's very sensitive to see if your problem was heard. As the program progressed, I learned a lot from her lectures. Some of her classes requires a reading while some don't. On the other hand, the reading is not that much though.
