Prof. Salerno is one of a kind! He's quite tough and he gives a lot of work. I feel like the workload he gives is more appropriate for a four-unit course instead of three. But despite the workload, I feel like it's because he challenges you for the better. All in all, we had five novels, three in-class essays, quizzes, and extra credit opportunities. He's a pretty fair grader!
