Prof. Mikhail only gives 3 or 4 tests and no homework. For a participation grade, he gives random quizzes. Questions aren't related to history though. You will pass as long as you go to class and take notes. Some questions weren't on the study guide, so they weren't really helpful, but I suggest you still do them.
