Poor
Lectures are boring. She has a convoluted sense if IL. She doesn't accept any opinion other than her own. It's a law class, there is more than on solution, but to her there isn't which is then taken out on our grades. She gives no directions for assignments and then will grade extremely harshly. This class seems impossible to pass even if you put in unlimited effort.
Average
Professor Peterson is not the best communicator. He never addressed exams in class, only TA's mentioned them. You don't really need to do supplemental reading or textbook readings. The test is not difficult, but it is very long and focused on writing. He uses modern examples in the classroom, which is nice. The lectures were a bit boring but overall it's fine. Also, attendance during the discussion is mandatory.
Poor
Professor Loken was supposed to teach this course. However, she didn't and we don't know what the reason is. Peterson is very condescending and a boring one. To be fair, I took this course as a general education since I'm an Economics and Psychology major. There's a lot of work to get A's on written assignments like policy briefs and written finals. Honestly, the exams were tough. The teacher attendant is a tough grader too.
Awful
I don't even know what to say about Professor Peterson because this class didn't make sense. The class had the potential to be interesting, but all she does is ramble and read the slides. Her online format is literally a joke too. I hope that the teacher assistants are understanding when it comes to final grading.
Awful
Professor Peterson acts like she's better than everyone else. Absolutely, she screwed up the transition to online learning because she wasn't tech-savvy enough to take classes. So, she switched to a format where students basically had to teach themselves and then give a ridiculous final essay that no one knew what to say because none of them were covered.
