You can tell that Prof. Georgescu is very passionate about teaching. He teaches this 307 class like we all have a background on it. I feel like his textbook was edited by a blind man. He has a horrible teaching style and vague lectures. His tests are multiple choice type with 5 possible answers. If you are an arts student who needs a science option, stay away from this class.

Professor Georgescu is absolutely terrible. On the first day he told the class not to ask him questions after class or go to his office hours. I thought he was joking so I went to ask him a question after class once and he yelled at me and told me to go ask someone else. I'm quite confused at to why someone who seems to hate their job would choose to teach students.

Professor Georgescu is super good! His lectures are easy to follow and he posts his slides on D2L. As long as you put a little bit of time into studying then the tests are super easy. You don't need the textbook, but I found it really helpful. Be sure not to skip the lectures or else it can be difficult to know what to study for the tests.
