Fine professor and person. I enjoy the discussion environment that he has created and the content of his course. Sometimes the portfolio guidelines are hard to follow but you have to keep up with them. They are used only once a week for a class. He does not use the projector. You have to check with classmates. Make sure you have everything. Tests can be straightforward. They can also be confusing if you overthink or don't think at all.

Ingerson is a Nice teacher, but his teaching method wasn't for me. It was unclear what the portfolio was supposed to be about, I filled up those pages with all the requirements but was given a disappointing grade. Amazing professor. Knowledgeable of what he is teaching and has a teaching style which doesn't involve lots of reading. Portfolio comprises 40% of your grade. Attendance is required. If you miss two classes, you will get a B at most. The portfolio seemed a little too personal, but lectures and in-class exercises were good.
