Good
Such an easy class. If you are on top of your stuff and the deadlines. Almost all test answers can be found online. There are eight tests, four discussion board posts, and journals due every Friday. High workload but mostly easy.
Average
Professor Brougham's class is average. The class only has open book tests and very east discussion board posts.
Awful
For something supposed to introduce us to the study of society, a book that was up to date on current events would be expected. Said book also criticizes certain religions, saying that one religion in particular was responsible for the fracture of European society. This was incredibly offensive to me as a member of aforementioned religion. There were also grading mistakes that were not repaired.
Awful
Super unorganized, it was always very unclear as to when things should have been done. The syllabus was also not accurate. Not recommended for a lack of organization.
Average
Nothing is taught under the class of Professor Brougham. We were always told to read the text, then take a test and do a discussion forum afterwards. The class was simple but the teaching must be greatly improved.
Poor
Professor Brougham's class is super unorganized. The due dates are listed in the syllabus but not inputted into the modules, so unless you constantly check the syllabus, you will miss lots of due dates. However, the workload was decent. It wasn't bad for a 101 class.
