Prof. Brett is the perfect upper division professor. He is a really casual dude. His professional experience makes all the course material applicable. He seems to have the answers to almost any questions involving pro forma and development applicable to real estate. Even if traditional finance topics don't interest you, I would recommend his courses to anyone.
