I seek opportunities to support people on their lifelong educational journeys. To that, I bring my Clifton Strengths, which include Connection, Activator, Communicator, Input, Intellection, and WOO in addition to more than seven years directing programs and services in first-year programs, student leadership, diversity, volunteer management, and teaching young adults. For the last four years, I have honed my professional skills and current higher ed. industry knowledge preparing myself to transition back into a traditional college or university setting after enjoying a long and rewarding focus on my three kids. I've immersed myself in the latest higher education research in community engagement, meta-cognition, positive psychology, leadership, and instructional techniques, among other topics; I am an eager and quick learner. My highest calling is to serve, support, and inspire others through engaging, meaningful encounters in all learning situations.
