    Employment options for low-skilled workers: Lead a research protocol based on pilot data related to employment options for low-skilled workers in Baltimore, presented the findings in the Allied Social Science Association meeting and the National Council for Workforce Education meeting. Lead the coordination of a roundtable forum to discuss the results of this evaluation among Maryland state government agencies, community colleges, businesses and industries. I oversaw marketing efforts, finalized facility arrangements and the organization of the panel.

    Strong Fathers/Strong Families program: Lead the evaluation of the Strong Fathers/Strong Families (SF/SF) program's effectiveness, including coding of data using STATA as well as the final report that described the results of the study. The report presented an analysis of all three program components: Economic Stability (ES), Healthy Relationships (HR) and Responsible Parenting (RP).

    Fraud, Waste and Abuse: I was also part of the team that managed Fraud, Waste and Abuse data for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.

    Medical Quality Measures Design: I helped develop health plan quality measures, review standardized language and quantitative scoring models for the Medicare Advantage Quality Improvement Projects and Chronic Care Improvement Programs(QIPs and CCIPs). I was a senior reviewer and also lead the development of a full report that described the results of the quality measures at the national level.

    I was part of a team responsible for helping to ensure that our 3.4 million members receive the highest quality care and service possible. In collaboration with others across the organization, I was responsible for quality measurement collection specifically focused on networks management and credentialing, and using data to identify opportunities and work throughout the organization to implement quality improvement interventions.
