AVOID Professor Simpson! Exams are all mini essay or fill in the blank. If you don't go to her tutoring, you will fail. The lack of textbook ends up actually hurting you, she will just talk for all three hours, you have to write down everything she says and memorize it or you will fail. Notes are required and part of your grade, record her and NEVER miss a class. Very few students passed, most dropped before the first exam.

Prof. Simpson is awesome!!! She clearly knows her stuff. If you wanna pass, you should really take notes! I suggest you go to study groups as well. If you aren't willing to put in time, don't take her class. Exams are mostly all open-ended.

Prof. Simpson is the best A&P professor; yes, the exams are difficult, but she actually tells you what will be on them. This is not a class for slackers looking for a simple A, but rather for students who are dedicated and eager to learn. She makes the lectures enjoyable and generously gives of her time to assist with study sessions, which I greatly appreciated.
