Specializing in Channel Building, Content Strategy, Development and Acquisitions Lloyd is a Senior Executive focused on entertainment for over 25 years. He has held the position of Executive Producer for domestic and international channels and has Executive Produced over fifteen hundred hours of Television and several notable feature and documentary films. Lloyd has lead in programming and production at both private and public companies and has successfully managed budgets upwards of 20 million per year.
Lloyd holds a Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and has earned a Masters Degree in Business from N.U. and a B.S. from SDSU. His studies abroad include The Inns of Court School of Law London as Summer Barrister Pupilage, Salzburg University's Austro-American Institute of Education, & Pepperdine University School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Lloyd is also an adjunct Professor in Business and Law for Southern New Hampshire University and Sierra Nevada College.
Lloyd has won over 16 Telly Awards, 2 Aurora Awards and two Emmy Nominations and one company Emmy win. Further, he has multiple “official selection" awards. Lloyd was a finalist in the Hollywood Reporter / PGA list of the 50 most influential people leading digital entertainment.
Lloyd’s was Executive Producer / SVP in charge of Programming and Production for the Outdoor Channel and produced “Duck Commander” with the Robertson’s, “Wild and Raw” with Lone Survivor's Marcus Luttrell. Lloyd was COO for Extreme Group, USA, and a Co-Founder of the Extreme Sports Channel. Lloyd’s efforts lead to the creation of Fox’s Fuel Channel. Other CH experience: Chief Content officer of EdgeTV and Endless Riff and Sr. Executive positions at RUSH HD and Havoc TV.
Lloyd is an active member of the Producers Guild of America, The Academy of TV Arts & Sciences, AFI and The Players at Gramercy NYC.
