The whole class is you do a group lecture over an assigned chapter and then rate other students' lectures. Other than that you will have 3 group stage reports where you submit 3 group essays that are two pages. She will grade a bit hard on the group lectures but not on the other assignments as long as you follow directions. There are no tests or final.

I took Czlonka's eight week summer course for Operations Management. The course consisted of four assignments, a midterm, and a final. Video lectures from past classes are posted, so you can listen to previous questions from students, which is very helpful. Professor Czlonka offers wonderful feedback on assignments, however don't procrastinate in completing the assignments. I would absolutely take this professor again.
