I have been part of a team of educators responsible for launching a new
alternative
blended learning educational program for at-risk high school students and returning Adult students within the Holyoke Public School System. My responsibilities include:\n* Holding weekly advisories where we design and maintaining Individual Learning Plans and College and Career Plans for each student.\n* Designing and overseeing the online portion of student learning and credit recovery. This includes on-site tutoring
as well as grading and evaluation.\n*Creating the program’s list of student expectations
both academically and in terms of Character development and the student/ faculty handbook.\n* Tracking student progress in all courses and putting together action plans that highlight the obtaining of credits for graduation while also focusing on the acquisition of academic skills necessary for success at the college level.\n* Deciding
