Awful

Professor Kuo's quizzes count as tests and don't really relate to textbook or lectures. She doesn't really answer your questions fully. Talking in class counts a lot in how she grades and how your peers grade so talk. Her teaching is poor too. She says to read ahead of time. However, you don't because you go over it in class and she doesn't ask questions. If possible, don't take her class.
