Developmental Services Human Resource Strategy (Ontario)
The DSHRS strives to improve and maintain a workforce that provides quality support and services to people with a developmental disability in a transformed sector. This project was aimed at obtaining an understanding of the experience with the DSW Apprenticeship Program throughout Ontario and its current or potential impact on achieving the goals of the DSHRS.

Developed content for and created a go-to comprehensive Toolkit and guide for employers and apprentices to navigate the DSW Apprenticeship Program.

Developmental Services Information Consolidation Project
Ministry of Community & Social Services
In collaboration with Bev Wolfus
analyzed complex datasets for 6 DS programs to identify factors that drive costs of delivering developmental services. Developed reports that presented findings in formats that would support knowledge and decision-making.
DSHRS HR Metrics Survey
Designed and implemented a survey to better understand current practices and challenges related to the use of HR metrics in DS agencies. Produced a report and recommendations based on findings.
Developmental Services Cost Drivers
Ministry of Community and Social Services
Conducted regression analyses and wrote reports on Ministry data pertaining to individuals with developmental disabilities in order to predict agency unit costs from knowledge of client characteristics.
