I have worked in the field of HR for over 10 years, with a few additional years in management and sales. I have a doctorate from Oklahoma State University majoring in HR Development (dissertation topic: The Sexual Harassment of HR Professionals), a master's from Southern Nazarene University in Management, and a bachelor's from the University of Oklahoma with majors in Economics and Marketing. My workplace experience includes corporate level and regionally based employment in both service and production based organizations. I have first-hand experience in HR Management including: Recruitment and interviewing, performance and compensation analysis, benefit selection, training, safety, terminations, and compliance. I also perform consulting for HR compliance, management training, and hold Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation.
