• Occasionally volunteering with Greenville's new \"Doggy Day Out\" program. The program helps dogs that are ready to be adopted by taking them out in the community for a few hours. This benefits the dogs by exposing them to new environments

  experiences

  and people

  while also benefiting the shelter by letting them know how the dogs interact outside of the shelter environment. The dog wears an \"Adopt Me\" harnesses/leash so that people know they can approach the dog and ask about adoption.
