Don't be intimidated after the first day since Professor Dilday will scare you. His class is manageable though. Just make friends in the class, and it'll be easier. Even if you're doing the least, you'll still get an A.

Professor Dilday is not that horrible. He takes the class very seriously, and it is obvious that he is passionate about the subject. Yes, it's a reading-heavy class and there are online quizzes throughout each chapter, but they're very easy. Also, he offers extra credit and reviews everyone's grades at the end of the semester. I suggest you must not be intimidated after the first day.
