  one of the best textbooks I have ever read. I am teaching students how to convert their ideas of how high school runs

  to how college is conducted in order for them to transition with the minimum of culture shock. I teach students interdependence

  self-awareness

  self-motivation and to eliminate the victim mentality. It is an extremely satisfying course to teach when I see the students have that \"ah ha!\" moment!

  The real meat and potatoes of my work life is the work I do for Ciarrocca Chiropractic Center. I have been with CCC since it's inception in February of 1990. I have worked all of the roles in the business except for being the Chiropractor. Currently I am guiding a new business model of billing and collecting that will yield a nearly 100% collection rate. On top of being a director of day-to-day operations

  I have also been an effective liaison for change and crisis management.
