Client Support Specialist
• Meet with new clients nation-wide and assist in their transition to ARUP Laboratories. Educate them on the company’s policies, practices, and services. Promote the transition to staff members as a positive change that will benefit them in their job duties and is in the best interest of patient care.
• Maintain a professional image while acting as a representative of the company and the “voice of the client.” Report client’s issues and concerns in weekly meeting with upper management as well as in comprehensive written reports to key individuals including members at the executive level.
• Research and monitor existing client’s issues via computer generated reports, excel spreadsheets and information gathered in the field and internally. Negotiate with the client to find a resolution to these issues that are effective for them as well as ARUP Laboratories.
• Take information obtained from clients and all areas of the company to develop and improve client training materials as well as internal policies and procedures.
