You are graded based on a) 2 papers, b) the midterm, c) the take home final and d) attendance. In general, the midterm is easy. 2 papers are graded very hard. The final is awful - 10 times harder than anything else because it requires A LOT of reading and writing. Strict attendance- You are allowed 4 absences max. No cell phones are allowed, No leaving to use the bathroom. He gives really long weekly readings He will assign very long reading for class discussions.
