E-mail Specialist & Consultant
"Cultivate your E-mail"
I host customized workshops in e-mail etiquette and business writing for organizations looking to create a more unison process of writing E-mails within their organization.
My training programs offer small and large group training for any size. In addition to training current employees how to properly write E-mails and save time, I also offer HR training for new employees to make sure their writing of E-mails is at company standards once the new hire starts working.
Why Cultivate? Save Time. Save Money.
Benefits of my workshops:
(-) Hours saved: save the sender & receiver on average 1+ minute/e-mail. 5+ hours/week time saved (based on 60 e-mails/day).
(-) Better strategy: correct strategy used / know your audience
(-) Effective subject line: precise, shorter, & more effective
(-) Writing content: precise writing for better efficiency (saves time for sender & receiver)
(-) organization of information: organized, shorter, and easier for receiver to read/understand with use of soft and hard tools
(-) signature: organized and proper information included
Cultivating your e-mail is an important process when communicating with your boss, coworkers, and/or clients over e-mail. Take a look at a farm for example. Cultivating is one of the most important parts of growing crops. If some time is spent organizing, brainstorming, and editing the farmland, just like an e-mail, it can be much more efficient. At first, cultivating takes much practice and time. However, once mastered, the cultivating process is streamlined within every employee, in turn, creating a much easier process when composing e-mail.
When your e-mail is more organized, easier to read, and easier to understand, you will save the receiver time from reading the e-mail, and understanding what it is they need to complete as a task.
