Professor Stangel is the kind of professor that can truly show his love for his teaching and makes it that his students can find a way to relate to math. I took him over summer which was much shorter of a class. I found that it was was a ton of work to get done, but he made sure that we were able to comprehend it. You will learn a lot from this class if you are willing to work for it.

Professor Stangel is the best math professor I've had so far in my college experience. What differs him from other professors, especially when looking at higher level math, is his explanation of what was happening and being able to break it down into manageable information. He made me love math again. What an amazing teacher he is.
