I cultivate listeners through crafting words and creating music. I write to advocate for social enterprises and non-profits, and I blog about connections between the arts and society. I helped senior citizens and elementary school students use their voices before teaching music theory and composition to college students. My compositions for voices and instruments allow people to grieve and empower them to work toward restoration. My piano concerts feature underrepresented composers.
