I took Ms. Ellis' online class. She gives unlimited quizzes. Exams are not proctored though. Final and midterm were proctored. I used ProctorU on both. She always inform us in advance to schedule which saved me the late charge both times.

Prof. Ellis is awesome! She's pretty funny and caring! Honestly, she's like the NOLA Wanda Sykes of Mathematics, so if you want a prof that would make you laugh while learning, definitely take her!
